Questions from the crew
What counts as a seat, matey?
One seat be one full Business-tier CalendarPA account, the same plan sold individually at $25.00 a month. It be their own account with their own login and their own data, not a restricted sub-account o' yours. The fleet owner be the first seat.
Do crewmates lose their data if they leave?
Nay. Crewmates keep full ownership o' their account and data. If they leave, they get a 14-day Business trial to subscribe individually.
Can me fleet owner see me private bookin's?
Not by default. Owners and first mates see usage stats only. Content access (bookin's, bookin' types, availability) requires yer explicit opt-in per fleet.
How does the trial work, matey?
14 days free with payment method on file. Ye can scuttle anytime durin' the trial and yer card be never charged.
What happens if billin' fails?
Yer crewmates keep schedulin' the whole time. We email ye the day a charge fails, every crewmate be notified on day 7, and the fleet moves into a grace period on day 14 while payment be retried. Crewmate schedulin' pages stay fully live throughout, and only go offline if the fleet reaches suspension on day 21. Data be preserved at every stage.
I need more than 199 seats. What changes, cap'n?
Above 199 seats we steer ye to a sales conversation instead o' self-serve checkout, and price it with ye rather than off the rate card. Custom contracts, multi-year locked pricin', and Net-30 invoice billin' be available.
