Half your roster probably has their own CalendarPA plan already. When they join your organization we pause it rather than cancel it, and refund the time they paid for and will not use.

Every seat is a full Business account. In bulk they cost less than $25.00.
A seat is not a limited sub-account. Each member gets their own CalendarPA Business account, the same one sold individually at $25.00 a month, with their own login, their own data and their own scheduling pages. Buying them together is the only thing that changes. Rates below are marginal, the way a tax bracket works, so your first 9 seats always bill at $22.00 whatever size you reach.
2–9 seats

Prepay a year and take 15% off any band. Savings are measured against the individual Business plan at $25.00 a month. The 34% ceiling is the blended rate at 199 seats, or $3,283.00 a month, which is also the self-serve cap. Minimum 2 seats.

What counts as a seat?
One seat is one full Business-tier CalendarPA account, the same plan sold individually at $25.00 a month. It is their own account with their own login and their own data, not a restricted sub-account of yours. The agency owner is the first seat.
Do members lose their data if they leave?
No. Members keep full ownership of their account and data. If they leave, they get a 14-day Business trial to subscribe individually.
Can my network owner see my private bookings?
Not by default. Owners and admins see usage stats only. Content access (bookings, booking types, availability) requires your explicit opt-in per network.
How does the trial work?
14 days free with payment method on file. You can cancel anytime during the trial and your card is never charged. Need more time? Request one 7-day extension.
What happens if billing fails?
Your members keep scheduling the whole time. We email you the day a charge fails, every member is notified on day 7, and the agency moves into a grace period on day 14 while payment is retried. Member scheduling pages stay fully live throughout, and only go offline if the agency reaches suspension on day 21. Data is preserved at every stage.
I need more than 199 seats. What changes?
Above 199 seats we route you to a sales conversation instead of self-serve checkout, and price it with you rather than off the rate card. Custom contracts, multi-year locked pricing, and Net-30 invoice billing are available.
